1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- Original Condition: We accept returns on paintings and art pictures purchased through our website if they are in their original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns on custom paintings or commissioned art. These items are specially created based on your preferences, and as such, they cannot be returned or refunded.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To start the return process, please reach out to us at wahrishllp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork. Provide your order number and details about the issue.
- Return Authorization: Once we confirm the return, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. This is required to process your return.
- Pack the Artwork: Carefully repackage the painting or art print in its original packaging. Ensure that the artwork is securely packed to prevent any damage during the return shipping.
- Ship the Artwork: You will need to ship the artwork back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong artwork shipped).
3. Refund Processing
- Refund Method: After we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error in fulfilling the order.
- Processing Time: Refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days once the item is returned and inspected.
4. Damaged or Defective Artwork
In the event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at
wahrishllp@gmail.com. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund once the issue has been verified.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for paintings. If you'd like to exchange an artwork for another piece, please return your original artwork for a refund and place a new order for the desired artwork.
