We take immense care in delivering your paintings and art pictures to you in perfect condition. We are proud to offer reliable shipping services across Pan India to ensure that your artwork arrives safely at your doorstep.
1. Shipping Locations:
We currently offer Pan-India shipping. Whether you're in bustling metros or smaller towns, we ensure that our artwork reaches you with care and efficiency.
2. Shipping Timeframes:

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

Depending on your location, delivery times may vary slightly, but we strive to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible.

Express Shipping (within India):

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

Available for faster delivery, but may involve additional charges, depending on your location.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Factors such as weather, holidays, or external delays could impact delivery.
3. Shipping Charges:

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders over ₹2,000.

Shipping Charges for Orders Below ₹2,000: For orders under ₹2,000, a small shipping fee will be applied and calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping Charges: If you choose the express shipping option, additional charges will be added to your order. The exact fee will be calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.
4. Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking details to help you monitor your shipment.
5. Packaging:
We take extra precautions when packaging our artwork to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. All paintings and art prints are securely wrapped and placed in protective packaging. For framed artwork, we use reinforced boxes to prevent any damage during transit.
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations:

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@wahrish.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

After your artwork has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
7. Delivery Issues:

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier service to locate the package and resolve the issue.

Missing Items: If you receive an incomplete order, please reach out to us immediately. We will investigate the matter and arrange for the missing items to be delivered to you.
8. Damaged Artwork on Arrival:
We hope this never happens, but if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Photos of the damaged artwork and packaging

Your order number and delivery details
We will either replace the damaged artwork or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and the condition of the artwork.
