- Delivery times may vary slightly, but we strive to deliver as quickly as possible.
Express Shipping (within India):
- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
- Faster delivery may involve extra charges based on location.

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all domestic orders over ₹2,000.
- Orders below ₹2,000: Small shipping fee added during checkout.
- Express Shipping: Extra fee calculated at checkout based on your address.
4. Order Processing

- We ship Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

We package artwork securely to prevent damage. Framed pieces are placed in reinforced boxes to ensure safe delivery.
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

- No changes allowed once the artwork is shipped.
7. Delivery Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
- Missing Items: Report missing items and we’ll investigate and arrange delivery.
8. Damaged Artwork on Arrival
If your artwork is damaged, contact us within 48 hours. Please send:
- Photos of the artwork and packaging
- Your order number and shipping details
We’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
